The only issue I had was at tge closing which was not Frank or Erin . The closing was at the at office for embrace this was a very nerve wracking unfamiliar experiece for us. no one introduced themselves, explained the process, except our atourney . i had no idea who embraces attorney was or another women at the table was at all
I felt that was quite rude and quite frankly very un professional When this was our big day! Again, we came to their office, and no one could even say, "hello, I am so and so, I represent... and this is what's going to happen in the process this am "
it was very strange .
i wish it went better and really left a bad taste in my mouth I left that office very upset
