Frank and his whole team went way above and beyond for us from beginning to end. He reworked our pre-approval on a Sunday morning when we requested it, expecting it to wait until at least Monday, but Frank jumped on it immediately. He responded to us and our realtor right away every single time. When Erin started helping us, she was the same way.. she gave us her personal cell phone number and told us we could call or text her anytime for anything we needed. She responded to us no matter when we needed her. To sum up, embrace home loans is the best that it gets. In this market, sometimes time is critical to secure an offer bc houses are being sold at lightning speed, and it would be so easy to miss out if you weren’t fast enough, but frank and Erin were there round the clock when time mattered most. We appreciate how hard they worked for us bc without that kind of efficiency, we would have lost out. Thanks so much for everything you did for us!
